New Year’s Resolutions
Hopefully, after the rush of the holiday season ended, you took some time to reflect on the good, the bad, and possibly even the ugly of 2016 and established some goals for this new year. Now that it is upon us, resolve to make those goals a reality.
Pull out that list, or make a new one if need be. If you need to, revise your goals to ensure they are not vague and generic; instead, make them specific, measurable and attainable. Then list the steps you need to take, along with the dates you want them to be completed, to achieve each of your top three objectives. Resolve to follow through, so that you can implement changes and make your business better.
