Boost Your Curb Appeal
As the weather begins to warm, April is a great time to dress up your shop’s exterior or its doorway to enhance your curb appeal and attract attention from passersby. Some shops simply flank their doorways with oversized pots of blooming plants while others create displays on which to place buckets of flowers and pots of blooming plants. Another option is to use an arbor or small pergola to attach vines, branches, vases and potted plants.
Whatever you do, check first with your landlord and your city to be sure you stay in line with regulations and local ordinances. And be careful to avoid blocking sidewalks, doorways or other walkways.
