Basic Floral Design ~ 2

Overview

This is the next step in the creative design series for students.  We build upon the design skills from the first class and apply new techniques and principals.  

This Basic Floral Design Class~2 will teach additional principals of floral design.   The class will have a lecture and then hands on designing.

We will be creating a European hand tied/radial stem bouquet.  This design will stand alone in a tray or can be placed in a vessel for display.  
  
FLOWERS are beautiful creations, the curiosity and enthusiasm for information on FLOWERS is contagious.  Take yourself somewhere new….to the Flower Classroom.  Learn to be a FLOWER expert.

Objectives

·       Introduction to mass/round design
·        Processing and handling of fresh flowers
·       Hands on design of basic radial form  hand tied design
·       Techniques in finishing this design

Each student will have materials provided to execute all designs.  The classroom also has additional books, supplies and flowers for purchase.
All tools provided for each student.  New tools can be purchased in the classroom.





Materials

Fresh flowers and foliage’s and the containers will be provided for all the designs.  These designs are yours to take with you at the end of each class day.
Flower selection will be seasonal.  The classroom will have a wide selection of flowers to choose from for design execution.  You will have permanent materials and all wire, tape, glue, etc. will be provided.

Cancelation of your space is allowed in the class up to 14 days before for a full refund.  After that a credit will be applied for classes in the future.
