We are so EXCITED to Announce that Trend Summit 2020 is coming back to Vancouver next March and that Online Registration opened last week!

JOIN US IN VANCOUVER

March 12-17, 2020

TREND SUMMIT 2020 is a 6-day event focused around the idea that an assembled group of forward thinking flower professionals - including farmers, wholesalers, retail florists, wedding & event florists, mass marketers, educators, manufacturers and flower enthusiasts, can positively contribute to the future flower trends. We have brought together a lineup of respected speakers, educators and influencers who together will not only provide their insight into Trends, but will lead the larger discussions in the conference alongside participants throughout the week.

Along with Host Hitomi Gilliam, we have Gregor Lersch, Holly Chapple, Susan McLeary (aka Passionflowersue), and Françoise Weeks leading conversations and hosting a variety of workshops and programs.  We even have color guru Leatrice Eiseman of Pantone once again giving her Color Trend Presentation at our new for 2020 Kick Off Party!

Whether you choose to come for the entire summit, or for one or more exciting individual sessions, we know that you will come away from Vancouver invigorated and ready to take your business to confidently reflect your up-to-date insight into the global and lifestyle trends.

Educators, & Influencers

We are excited to have an amazing line up of combined Flower Expertise at Trend Summit 2020. As a matter of fact, our team of presenters have a combined total of over 400,000 followers on Instagram! The trend discussions that they will lead at this conference will most certainly have an over-reaching effect that will help steer the future flower and design trends to come!

We also wanted to remind you of a couple other upcoming Workshops!

We have 2 Workshops this Summer/Fall with limited spots still available.  We'll be welcoming Françoise Weeks to Vancouver in just 3 short weeks for a 1-Day Hands-On Workshop, and there are a few remaining spots left in Hitomi Gilliam's Fall Creative Design MasterClass in Vancouver this October as well!

A One-Day Hands-On with Françoise Weeks is going to be an amazing opportunity to learn from the one and only Françoise Weeks (FrancoiseWeeks.com) on August 26th, 2019 at the wonderful Education Centre at United Floral Inc!

The workshop will focus on both Woodland Design and Botanical Couture Design with each student completing two projects.  Françoise will also have our very own Hitomi Gilliam AIFD as her assistant for this workshop!

Hitomi's 3-Day MasterClass Hands-On Workshop is all about MECHANICS & TECHNIQUES. The study of the organic Art Nouveau and the geometric Art Deco styles of design will open your eyes to beautiful possibilities. Exploring adventurous designs like Tropical Nouveau styling will increase further exciting design opportunities.
  • The selection of flowers for the workshop will be the best ever, diverse and gorgeous.
  • Every design created by students will be professionally photographed for your personal use.
  • Certificate will be awarded at the completion of class.
It is especially geared
  • to prepare you for competitions,
  • to give you chances for success with certification
  • give you a new level of confidence in designing flowers creatively.
