Feb 20, 2017  Take Stock of Your Sales After the harried rush of Valentine’s Day, it’s tempting to heave a sigh of relief, pack up and move on. Instead, though, take some time this week to list: • Everything that worked well this Valentine’s Day • The top things that you’d like to adjust or eliminate for future Valentine’s Days and, possibly, other holidays • New ideas you want to try next year You don’t have to solve the problem areas right now, but do write them down with enough detail to help you recall and revise your tactics when Valentine’s Day 2018 rolls around.
